-          Eyes on rim, visualize the ball arcing over the front of rim through the net

-          Enjoy the sound of the swish

-          Same prompts as above

-          Study the angle of the backboard square

-          Learn to divide the backboard into 3 sections (low – mid – high)

-          Play around with different angles and touch to learn to use the backboard

-          Follow your breath

-          Level 1 is allowing the ball to bounce

-          Level 2 is catching the ball before it hits the ground

-          Jump off inside foot as you are facing the hoop
